Colossians 4:6.

Let your conversation be gracious and attractive and seasoned with salt. so that you will have the right response for everyone.

Be gracious in your speech. The goal is to bring out the best in others in a conversation, not put them down, not cut them out

FATHER IN THE NAME OF JESUS AND BY THE MINISTRY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, HELP US TO BE GRACIOUS IN OUR COMMUNICATIONS, IN SO MUCH THAT THE BEST WILL BE RELEASED IN EVERYONE WE ARE PRIVILEGE TO CONVERSE WITH.
