Then he said, “This is God’s Message to Zerubbabel: ‘You can’t force these things. They only come about through my Spirit,’ says God-of-the-Angel-Armies. 
CONTEMPORARY ENGLSIH VERSION
So the angel explained that it was the following message of the Lord to Zerubbabel: I am the Lord All-Powerful. So don’t depend on your own power or strength, but on my Spirit.
NEW LIVING TRANSLATION
Then he said to me, “This is what the Lord says to Zerubbabel: It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.

Lord, God we thank you for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in ever increasing dimension upon us.
Father, today I pray that by the Power of the Holy Spirit at work upon everyone on WIN TODAY, let every difficult and impossible situations and circumstances of life be turned into all round possibility in Jesus name
I decree that by the power of the Spirit of the Lord you and your household walk into the realm of all round possibilities in every aspect of your life and destiny in Jesus name
The result and outcome of your life and destiny shall make men to wonder and turn to the Lord in Jesus name

I declare that I refuse to struggle over any situation and circumstance of life, the Spirit of the Living God at work in me is more capable to grant me access into the realm of all round possibilities. By the Holy Spirit all things are possible for me today and forever
