1 CORINTHIANS 14:1
MESSAGE VERSION –
Go after a life of love as if your life depended on it—because it does. Give yourselves to the gifts God gives you. Most of all, try to proclaim his truth
GOOD NEW TRANSLATION –
It is love, then, that you should strive for. Set your hearts on spiritual gifts, especially the gift of proclaiming God’s message
NEW LIVING TRANSLATION –
Let love be your highest goal! But you should also desire the special abilities the Spirit gives—especially the ability to prophesy.
AMPLIFIED –
EAGERLY PURSUE and seek to acquire [this] love [make it your aim, your great quest]; and earnestly desire and cultivate the spiritual endowments (gifts), especially that you may prophesy (interpret the divine will and purpose in inspired preaching and teaching
PRAYER
Today, the Holy Ghost shall birth and strengthen the LOVE OF GOD in deeper dimensions in your hearts. Therefore, every source of resentment, hatred and forgiveness in your heart against any one is uprooted now in Jesus name
Receive GRACE to LOVE God and ALL MEN in spirit, in truth, in your thoughts, Words and Action. From today, LOVE shall be your highest pursuit, goal and achievement in life and destiny in Jesus name
I decree that you shall be the expression and manifestation of the LOVE God on the Earth. Therefore, Today you shall proclaim and declare the will of God both for your life, household and all those in your sphere of contact today in Jesus name.
AMEN
